All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.


2. Shipping Destinations

Casa Bellini currently ships exclusively within Australia.

We reserve the right to expand or limit our shipping destinations at any time without prior notice.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

From time to time, Casa Bellini may offer promotional free shipping on selected orders.


5. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, Casa Bellini cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs that may result.

Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or any other reason beyond our control, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Casa Bellini is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate customer information.


10. Delivery Confirmation

Once the shipping carrier confirms that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, Casa Bellini is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.

If you believe your package has been lost after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will also assist you where reasonably possible.

Casa Bellini shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
